European airlines
The Connie was also widely used with European Airlines. The Air France Connie parked right to the
Lufthansa Super Constellation like it could had happen somewhere in Africa mid 1950

c/n 2627 F-BAZH Feb 50 - Feb 60
Air France was the only European operator to use all Connie variants, including the L-1649 Starliner. This 749 model is in the color scheme used in the late 50'ies. 

c/n 4621 F-BHBB Jul 55 - Nov 67
This G version of the Super Constellation used by Air France with wing tip tanks until 1960.

c/n 4635 PH-LKK Jun 56 - Mar 61 KLM operated a number of 049, 749 and 1049C, E, G and H models
and was of the biggest European Connie users. This color scheme was used in 1958.

Lufthansa operated 8 Super Connies and 4 Starliners from 1955 until 1967. D-ALEM c/n 4603 was withdrawn from use in Mar 67 after serving on domestic routes. Here seen being prepared for another Transatlantic schedule in 1957.
